PAYMENT & PROCESS
Illustrator may choose to decline the proposal with valid reason
Payment is expected to be upfront unless discussed otherwise
Payment must be completed within 24 hours upon confirmation
No refunds at any point of time during the commission
Client is required to cover any necessary taxes during payment
Client may not pressure the Illustrator unless it is a prioritised project
Client may ask for updates unless it is a SKEB commission
Major revisions can only be requested while in sketch phase
Not all commissions are necessarily on a first come, first serve basis
PayPal payments will be done via invoice, goods and services only
USAGE & COPYRIGHT
All commissions are personal-use only by default; commercial rights to be bought seperately
Streaming platforms like Twitch and YouTube are considered commercial
Visible credit when using the artwork is mandatory at all times
No modification, editing or use of AI on the artwork is allowed
Selling the artwork as an NFT is prohibited
All copyrights belong to AMBRR
By default it is taken that the Client has read and agreed to the Terms of Service.
Failure to comply with the Terms of Service could result in legal action and blacklist.
